The third one is steamed sea bass. You need to prepare fresh sea bass, green onion, ginger, and seasonings. Then wash the sea bass, spread salt evenly on it, put a few slices of green onion and ginger under the plate, put the fish on top, and then put two slices of ginger in the belly and body of the fish. Steam it for eight minutes. When it is done, pour some steamed fish soy sauce on it, sprinkle some green onion shreds, then heat the oil and pour it on top.

The fourth one is yam, pumpkin and millet paste. You need to prepare millet, pumpkin and yam. Peel and pulp the pumpkin, soak the millet for two hours and then wash it. Peel and cut the yam into pieces and put them all into a soy milk maker to make rice paste.

The fifth one is the kudzu, corn core and pork ribs soup. Prepare kudzu, sweet corn, red dates and dried oysters. First, wash and peel the kudzu, cut into pieces, core the sweet corn, cut the pork ribs into pieces, blanch them, then put them all into the pot, add water and boil, simmer on low heat for one and a half hours, add seasonings and serve.
