12. After the butter is softened, add powdered sugar.

13. Beat the butter until its color becomes lighter and its volume expands.

14. Prepare the jam.

15. Cut the cooled cake into small round slices. I used ones with a diameter of about 4.5CM.

16. Put jam between two slices of cake, brush a layer of butter on the outside, roll it in coconut flakes, squeeze a circle of butter on top, and garnish with jam in the middle.

17. You can start eating.
