Garlic Tofu Recipe

1. Cut the tofu into 5 cm cubes, mince the garlic and ginger, dilute the starch with water and set aside.

2. Add oil to a wok. When the oil is 80% hot, put the cut tofu into the wok and fry until both sides are golden brown. Then put it into a plate and set aside.

3. Put a small amount of oil in the wok, add minced garlic and minced ginger and fry until fragrant

4. Then put the tofu into the wok and stir-fry 3 times. Add a small bowl of water and simmer on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.

5. Add the prepared water starch and a small amount of sugar and stir-fry twice.

6. After that, add salt and MSG to season and serve.
