1. Soak the dried radish in water until soft, then remove and drain, and cut into 1-inch long segments

3. Add chili powder and stir evenly. Taste the taste according to your own taste while stirring. If you like it spicy, add more chili powder. If you like it salty, add more salt. If you like it darker, add more dark soy sauce. Stir evenly.

4. Place peppercorns, dried chili peppers, and garlic slices on the dried radish. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. When the oil is 70% hot, pour the oil on top. Pick out the peppercorns and mix well.

5. Cover the container with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator overnight before eating.
