1.1 While the rice is cooking, blanch the green beans in boiling water, add a few drops of oil and a pinch of salt to the water to preserve the green beans' color; wash the tomatoes and zucchini, cut them into similar-sized pieces, and remove the center of each piece to use as a container. Soak the purple cabbage leaves in light salt water for 10 minutes, cut into thin strips, and mix with salad dressing for later use.

2.2 Wash the rice, add appropriate amount of water, soak for 30 minutes, put it in a casserole, cook it, add diced Chinese sausage, and simmer for ten minutes.

3. Take a deep bowl, pour in the sausage rice, then mix in the green beans and oil curry, stir evenly, and pour into the zucchini and tomato cups respectively. Put the zucchini cups, the container and the rice into the steamer, and continue to steam over high heat for 5 minutes.

4. Place the steamed rice and purple cabbage salad in the lunch box and decorate with flowers.
