Spicy potato cubes recipe

Everyone wants to have a stable job, a good income, and finally a happy family. Such a life would be perfect. But at the same time as being perfect, you need to have a healthy body to enjoy it. 1. Cut the chili pepper and ginger into shreds, mince the garlic, peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces, wash them with water and set aside.

2. Wash the large chicken legs you bought.

3. Cut the chicken legs into pieces, put them in a container, add minced ginger and garlic, 1 spoon of cooking wine, half a teaspoon of sugar and salt, and marinate for 15 minutes. (I don’t like chicken skin because it’s full of fat, so I cut it off.)

4. Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan and sauté chili peppers, ginger and garlic.

5. After sautéing, pour in the marinated chicken and stir-fry.

6. After the chicken pieces change color, add 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, half a spoon each of sugar and salt, and stir well.

7. After frying the chicken cubes, add the potato cubes, then add the chili that suits your taste and continue to stir-fry.

8. Stir-fry for about 1 minute, then pour in 1 bowl of water, almost covering the potato cubes. Cover the pot and cook for about 5 minutes. (Remember to open the lid and stir fry to ensure even heating

9. When the soup in the pot is almost dried up, sprinkle some chicken essence and stir well. Sprinkle some chopped green onions and serve. (I didn’t put chopped green onions because I didn’t have any at home)
