1. Soak soybeans overnight

5. Boil the soaked soybeans for 20 minutes and set aside

6. Wash the small fish and drain the water. Add 500 grams of small fish and 50 grams of flour and mix well.

7. Put some oil in the pan, when it is 70% hot, add the small fish in batches.

8. When the frying is hard, take it out and set aside

9. Add oil to the pan, sauté chopped green onion, ginger and garlic; add dried chili peppers

10. Add pickled vegetables

11. Add soybeans

12. Add small fish

13. Put the small fish in and scoop it evenly, then add soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, sugar and chicken stock.

14. Finally, add 150 ml of water and simmer for 5 minutes.

15. Then cook over high heat until the sauce thickens and serve
