How to make Vietnamese rice noodles

The other three items can be shredded with a vegetable and fruit cutter. step8 If you don’t like the grassy smell of carrots and the pungent smell of white radishes, you can soak the shredded radish in sweet and sour spicy sauce for 3-5 minutes to remove the grassy smell. step9Put the peanuts in a plastic bag and crush them. You don’t have to worry about them bouncing around and disappearing without a trace, attracting cockroaches. Buy roasted, pure salty peanuts, without any added flavors (such as garlic or spicy). step10 Drain the rice noodles and place them on the bean sprouts in a bowl. Then top them with cucumber, pickled shredded red and white radish, shredded lettuce, basil and peanut powder. Add meat or fried spring rolls, step 11, pour sweet and sour sauce on it, squeeze some lemon juice, mix well with chopsticks, and eat it while it’s cool!
