When stewing the duck, wash and cut the peppers into rings 8. After the duck is stewed soft, open the lid and stir-fry over high heat until the sauce is almost absorbed. 9. Add chili peppers and stir-fry until they are cooked. The taste is basically enough, but you should still taste it before serving. Everyone has different preferences for saltiness.
