3. Knead until it reaches the expansion stage where a thin film can be pulled out.

4. Carry out basic fermentation for about 70 minutes.

5. When the dough has doubled in size, remove the air.

6. Divide into 9 portions, roll into balls, and let ferment for 15 minutes in the middle.

7. Roll the small dough into 2.5 cm long strips.

8.Combine the three strands into one and pinch the head tightly.

9. Braid the dough and tighten the end.

10. After shaping, place it in a baking tray for final fermentation.

11. After it has doubled in size, brush the surface with egg liquid.

12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
