Korean spicy pork recipe

Eating out may seem to save you trouble on the surface, but from a health perspective, it is a very bad habit. Caring for your physical and mental health starts with your diet. So learn from me how to make Korean spicy fried pork.

1. Wash the pork, cut into thin slices, mince the garlic, mince the ginger, cut the onion into strips, and chop the scallions.

2. Add minced garlic, minced ginger, Korean chili sauce, chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper to the pork and marinate for more than 10 minutes.

3. Heat oil in a wok over high heat and add pork

4. When the pork is half-fried and turns white, add onions

5. Continue to stir fry (I really should have used a larger wok.)

6. Stir-fry the pork until it is cooked and fragrant, then add the scallions and stir-fry briefly.

7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the dish after serving (you can taste the dish before serving and then add seasoning)
