1. The chicken is bought from the supermarket, so you don’t need to do anything with it, just wash it.

2.1 Take out the marinated chicken and wash it. I asked my dad why, and he said that leaving the ingredients on top would make it easier to burn when baking. Affects color

3.2 Add salt and roast chicken ingredients (the roast chicken ingredients in my house are what my father used when he opened a roast duck restaurant. If you don’t have it, you can buy bagged ones from the supermarket and marinate them). Marinate for about 5 to 6 hours. Marinate in the refrigerator, otherwise it will go bad if it is too hot.

4.1 Spread a layer of honey evenly on the chicken.

5.2 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake up and down for 5 minutes, and put a layer of tin foil at the bottom (to catch the oil flowing from the chicken)

6. Put it in the oven and start baking. Bake for about 30 minutes. I also bake the chicken wings.

7. Take it out and turn it over once in the middle. For this performance evaluation, my dad stayed in front of the oven until the chicken was cooked.

8. This is what it looks like after baking. I was too lazy to arrange the dish and just ate it. hehe.
