How to make whole wheat red bean paste bread rolls

5. Divide the dough into 6 portions, wrap with plastic wrap and let it relax for 20 minutes.

6. Divide the red bean paste into 28 grams, a total of 6, and roll into balls

7. Roll the relaxed dough into pancakes

9. Close the mouth downward and press it flat with your hands

10. Use a rolling pin to roll the pancake into an oval shape.

11. Use a knife to cut a slit in the left half of the pancake. Don't cut all the way through. Just cut the top layer.

12. Turn to the other side, roll it up, and fold the two ends downwards.

13. Place all the dough on the baking tray, leaving some space in the middle.

14. Ferment until it doubles in size, brush with egg wash, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake on the middle layer for 20 minutes

15. After baking, take it out and let it cool down, then seal it and store it.
