How to make Provence-style colorful pickled bell peppers

1. Wash the green and red peppers, remove the seeds and cut into 2-3cm wide strips

3. After baking, wrap the baked green and red peppers with aluminum foil for about 20 minutes

4. Open the aluminum foil and remove the green pepper skin
