Mango mirror mousse (6 inches) without oven

3. Melt the butter in the microwave

6. Dice two mangoes and puree one.

7. Soak gelatin sheets in cold water until soft

8. Add softened gelatin to 50g of milk and heat on low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

10. Take 250ml whipping cream, add 30g sugar, and beat until it has a texture. Don't beat it.

11. Pour the cream into the gelatin mango liquid and stir evenly.

12. Take out the hard biscuit crumbs from the refrigerator

13. Pour one-third of the mango cream and add the mango cubes once, add twice, and put it in the refrigerator (leave about 0.5 cm space for the mirror)

14. Take the mango and mash it

15. Dissolve 5g gelatin powder in 50g water and add mango puree.

16. Pour the mango mirror onto the surface of the refrigerated mousse cake

17. Continue to refrigerate for four hours

18. Take out the cake, heat the hair dryer, and blow around the mold to make it easier to demould.
