How to make Hong Kong style milk pork buns

With the development of the times, there may be few people around us who can cook. We all eat at food stalls and takeout. There is nothing wrong with this, but the food sold outside is not necessarily clean. Sometimes cooking your own meals can not only allow you to enjoy delicious food, but also improve your health. Here, I will introduce Hong Kong-style milk pork buns to you, so learn to make them yourself.

1. Mix the milk, fine sugar and yeast in the dough ingredients evenly, then sift in the high-gluten flour.

2. Knead into a smooth dough.

3. Place in a warm place at 28 degrees for 3 hours to rise, until it is 3 times the size of the original dough and the edge of the risen dough is flush with the center.

4. Put all the ingredients for the main dough except butter into the bread machine, break the fermented medium dough into small pieces and put them in. Use a bread machine to knead the dough for 20 minutes first, then add the butter and knead for another 20 minutes.

5. Put the kneaded dough into a container lightly coated with oil and place it in a warm place (28 degrees) for fermentation. Let it rise to 2.5 times the original size.

6. Weigh the dough and divide it into 7 equal parts. Roll it into balls and cover with a wet cloth to relax for 15 minutes.

7. Take a small piece of dough and roll it into an oval shape. Roll it up along the long side, and then roll it out into the shape shown in Figure 10 (note that the two ends should be rolled out to be thinner and longer).

8. Roll the dough into long strips one by one and place them in an oiled baking tray at intervals. Place them in a place with a temperature of 35 degrees for the final fermentation for about 1 hour.

9. Take out the risen dough, brush it with egg liquid, and then bake it in the preheated oven. Baking: Bake in the middle layer of the oven, upper and lower fire, 180 degrees, 18-20 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.

After reading this, you will fully understand the detailed method of making Hong Kong-style milk pork buns. I hope that after you master the method, you can put it into practice as soon as possible. Only by practicing as quickly as possible can you enjoy the pleasure brought by delicious food as quickly as possible.
