5. Pour 1000ml of boiling water into the mixture, stir evenly, and boil for 2-3 minutes. Stir by hand while boiling to prevent sticking. It is best to use a stainless steel double-bottomed pot, which is less likely to stick to the bottom.

6. Pour the food into a fresh-keeping box immediately after cooking. Boil the box in boiling water and let it dry. After it cools down, cover it with a lid and refrigerate it for 3-4 hours for a better taste. The prepared tortoise jelly can be stored in the refrigerator for about 7-8 hours and can be taken out and eaten whenever you want!

7. After refrigerating the tortoise jelly, you can take it out and add seasoning to eat. Cut the mango into small pieces, add 20ml of honey, and a bowl of tortoise jelly.

9. Add mango, cut into small pieces with a spoon and mix evenly. Eat it with big mouthfuls on a hot day, it is so refreshing!
