How to make Yuanyang Egg Pancake

1. Flour (low-gluten flour) appropriate amount

2. Red pepper, green onion leaves, 2 eggs

3. Kingler Sauce

4. Add a little salt, oil and water to the flour to make a slightly thick paste. Dice the shallots and red peppers. Mix half of the shallots into the paste and keep the other half.

5. Heat the non-stick pan, pour in the batter and spread it into a pancake

6. When the batter is slightly formed, add the eggs

7. Spread the eggs with a wooden spatula

8. Sprinkle with red pepper and green onion

9. Bake it after rolling, and it’s done. Set it aside

10. The steps for the sauce egg pancake are the same as before, but the difference is that add the Kingler sauce after adding the egg.

11. Spread the sauce evenly and sprinkle with red pepper and green onion.

12. Roll it up, and look, the bottom is also baked.

13. Cut into pieces and serve in a bowl. Squeeze some Kingler sauce on top. You can order the omelette without the sauce.
