10. After it’s done, put it in a small bowl and steam it over high heat for fifteen minutes.

12. Pour out the chicken juice in the bowl, add some light soy sauce, salt, pepper, and some cornstarch, and cook until it becomes thick.

13. Pour the cooked chicken sauce on the chicken wings.
