How to make thousand-layer tofu

1. Cut the thousand-sheet tofu into slices and fry them in oil until they become puffy.

2. Drain the fried thousand-sheet tofu and set aside.

3. Slice the meat and fry in a pan.

4. Add the bean paste and stir-fry for a while.

5. Add the reserved thousand-layer tofu, stir-fry for a while, add appropriate amount of broth or water. Because there is salt in the bean paste, I usually don’t add salt. Simmer for five to ten minutes.

6. Add chopped green onion and chicken essence and serve.
