How to make cold baotou cabbage

1. Blanch 1 cabbage in hot water, remove and cool.

2. Soak 2 cabbages in water, add salt and soak for 5 minutes, then wash and cut into thin strips.

4. Blanch the dried shrimps in hot water, then cut into small pieces. Crush the garlic into minced garlic and set aside. Then add vinegar, salt, MSG and sesame oil to make the sauce.

5. Pour peanut oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, pour in the dried shrimps and stir-fry. Remember to use low heat.

6. After the dried shrimps are fried to bring out their aroma, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until the garlic turns slightly yellow and then turn off the heat.

7. Let the fried garlic and dried shrimps cool down a little, then pour them into the mixed cabbage.

8. After mixing, you can start eating.

Fried baotou cabbage is a dish that goes well with rice. It is sour, spicy and delicious. It is also very simple for office workers to cook. If you like spicy food, you can add some hot peppers. If you like sweet food, you can add a little sugar.

10. Pour the green part into the pot.

11. After ten seconds, pour the mixture into cold water using a colander.

12. Squeeze the water out of the vegetables and put them in a dish

13. Sprinkle a little salt and chicken essence evenly

14. Heat on low heat. Pour a proper amount of peanut oil into the pot and add whole peppercorns and dried red peppers to fry until fragrant.

15. Pour the sautéed peanut oil over the baotou cabbage and mix thoroughly. After it has cooled completely, the spicy and fragrant baotou cabbage is ready to be eaten.
