How to make grilled eel

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce you to the method of grilled eel.

1. Prepare the seasoning, remove the bones and internal organs of the eel and cut into thin slices (I asked the fishmonger to remove the bones and slice them for me, and the slices were of different sizes, which looked ugly)

2. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger juice, rice vinegar and a little pepper to the eel slices and mix well.

3. Then marinate for 2 hours

4. Put the marinated eel into the baking tray, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes, then take it out and brush it with juice, and bake for another 5 minutes.

5. Pour the marinated eel juice into the pot and cook over low heat until thick and bubbling.

6. Then pour it on the grilled eel.
