1. Prepare the steamed rice first. You don’t have to use sushi rice, leftover rice at home will also work as long as it is soft enough.

2.1 Cut the ham and cucumber as thinly as possible. Due to limited conditions, just make do with this for now.

3.2 After steaming, add soy sauce and stir. I used the most ordinary soy sauce, but it tasted good. Allow the rice to cool slightly.

4.Spread the rice evenly on the nori and press it down slightly.

5. Apply ketchup, salad dressing, meat floss, and place cucumber, ham, pickled mustard, and dried radish on top. Add different sauces and ingredients according to personal taste. Just add whatever you can, as well as leftovers.

6. Roll it up, then cut it into pieces with a knife. It will be easier to cut and shape if you put some vinegar on the knife. Water will also work. Let’s eat now. Although it’s not very authentic, it has solved the problem of leftover vegetables and rice.
