Korean spicy paste soup recipe

Korean spicy paste soup recipe

I live a monotonous life every day, starting from the moment I open my eyes and continuing in a cycle. Even the food is so monotonous and not appealing at all. So, at this time, it's time for some "fresh blood" to shock you. You can learn to cook some delicious food to stimulate your positive energy. If you are interested, come and learn how to make Korean chili paste soup with me.

1. First, cut the potatoes into dice (I personally think that potatoes don't taste good when cut into small pieces), peel the winter melon and cut into rectangular pieces, wash and soak the fungus and cut into shreds, wash the coriander and set aside, cut the seafood balls into small pieces or slices for later use (they are usually frozen when bought from the supermarket, so take out a little of each and thaw it at room temperature. It is better to cut them when they are not hard. I personally prefer to put cuttlefish balls, cuttlefish intestines, fish tofu and fish fillets).

2. Everything is ready, let’s start cooking! ··················(some pictures are omitted here)First, add some oil to the pot, when the oil boils, put the onion, ginger and garlic in and stir-fry until fragrant, then put the potatoes in and stir-fry, then add the winter melon and fungus, stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add water to two-thirds of the pot (since it is a soup, of course you have to add more water), cover the lid and boil over high heat, add 2 spoons of salt, 1 spoon of sugar, then put in our key Korean hot sauce (the amount of hot sauce to add depends on yourself, if you want a strong taste, you can add more, if you like a light taste, you can add less, I like to add a lot, it looks very appetizing, the point is that the taste of Huhu Korean hot sauce is spicy with sweet, it will not stimulate friends' taste buds at all, you can eat it with confidence)

3. Then cover and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, then pour the pre-cut fish balls into the pot and continue cooking for 15 minutes (fish balls are easy to cook, if you put them in too early, they will lose their chewiness and will not be strong, so you can calculate the time and add the fish balls yourself)

4. The soup is ready in about 30 minutes. Sprinkle some chicken essence, find a container and pour the soup into it. Finally, cut the prepared coriander into small pieces and sprinkle it on the soup. Done! ! !

Eating out every day not only wastes money and time, but also "wastes" your health. So after mastering the recipe of Korean chili paste soup, if you can make it on your own, you can live a healthier life.
