Zucchini noodles recipe

1. Prepare the ingredients, wash the zucchini and ginger, cut them into thin strips and set aside. It is better to cut them into thinner strips.

2. Rinse a handful of dried shrimps.

3.Crack the eggs into a bowl, beat and stir well.

4. Put a little oil in a pan, pour in egg liquid over medium-low heat, stir-fry and set aside.

5. Continue cooking over medium-low heat, add a little oil and stir-fry shredded ginger.

6. Turn to medium heat, pour in shredded zucchini and stir-fry until soft, then drizzle in a little light soy sauce.

7. Add the fried eggs and stir well.

8. Pour in appropriate amount of water, cover the pot, and bring to a boil over high heat.

9. After the water boils, add the noodles and simmer over medium heat.

10. Add dried shrimps and some torn seaweed and mix well.

11. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of salt.

12. Drizzle in a little sesame oil before serving.

Cook noodles easily

Ingredients: 1 serving of noodles, water as needed, 1 serving of green vegetables

1 Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot (about 70% full) and put the washed vegetables into the pot.

2 When the water boils, add the noodles and stir (about 30 seconds), then immediately turn the heat to medium heat and continue cooking the noodles for about 3 minutes.
