How to make carrot and ham pancakes

People who are busy with work often order takeout and rarely eat at home. In fact, home-made meals are truly healthy and green food. Carrot and ham pancakes are a dish that is very suitable for busy people. It is a good idea to forget about takeout during the holidays and cook at home.

1. Prepare a carrot and two pieces of ham and cut them into cubes. Beat two eggs and prepare appropriate amount of chopped green onions.

2. Add appropriate amount of flour and cold water to make paste.

3. Add the chopped carrots, ham and green onion into the flour paste.

4. Stir, add the beaten eggs, then add salt and mix well.

5. Add oil to the pan, pour in the prepared flour paste after it is heated, fry on low heat until slightly yellow, then turn over and continue frying on low heat until both sides are golden brown.

6. Fold left and right, roll up and place on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Remember to control the heat when making carrot and ham pancakes, otherwise it will easily stick to the pan and affect the color of the food, thus affecting everyone's appetite. Just add some chili and sour vinegar according to your personal taste.
