How to make nut pudding

A bowl of fragrant nut pudding is sure to make you salivate, and it is not difficult to make. The key to this dish is that the ingredients must be fresh and the cooking time must be well controlled. Add the local unique onion oil, and you will definitely want to eat it every day. Reminder: You can add some light soy sauce when making it, the color will look better.

1. Soak raisins or other dried fruits in rum for as long as you want (you can use water if there is no rum), drain and set aside.

2. Smash the toast into pieces to vent your feelings of failure as a baking novice!

3. Randomly mix in the nuts and soaked dried fruits you prepared.

4. Beat the eggs into the wine or water soaked with dried fruits, then add sugar and mix well. Pour in toast and other mixture.

5. Find a mold you like (I used my favorite 10-inch pumpkin mold), spread butter inside, sprinkle with powdered sugar (flour is also fine), put it into the mold and press it down.

6. Cover it with tin foil and press it with something heavy (I asked the chef who made roasted chestnuts for some stones, haha).

7. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees in a hot water bath and cook for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool upside down.

8. It looks like food for the working people, but it is actually very delicious. It is sour and sweet and you may not be able to stop eating it.
