How to make pumpkin rose buns

As the saying goes, food is the most important thing for people. Food plays an important role in everyone's life. If you don't eat well, the body's resistance will be easily affected and diseases may take the opportunity to come to you. The method of making pumpkin version of rose steamed buns is simple and can also improve the body's resistance to disease to a certain extent.

1. Prepare the pumpkin, wash it, cut it into small pieces, steam it in a pot, peel it, and press it into a paste with a spoon.

2. Put pumpkin puree, granulated sugar and yeast into a bowl and mix until the yeast melts.

3. Add flour and stir into a smooth, non-sticky dough. Ferment until the dough is twice as large as the original dough.

4. Roll the dough into long strips and cut into small pieces, similar to dumpling wrappers. Seven small pieces form a group.

5. Roll the dough into a round thin skin. Place seven round skins in a group and overlap them. Press the middle of the skin with chopsticks (I forgot to take a photo of this action) and place a small piece of finely rolled dough on top.

6. Roll the dough from bottom to top. After rolling, cut it into two pieces in the middle and arrange it into a rose shape.

7. Put the prepared rose buns into the steamer and let them relax for 20 minutes, leaving a certain distance between each dough. Put the pot on medium heat in cold water, turn to medium-low heat and steam for 15 minutes after steam appears, turn off the heat and wait for 3-5 minutes before uncovering the lid

8. The pumpkin version of rose steamed buns is ready! Breakfast is now available, and it goes great with soy milk, egg cake, milk or juice! (I use yogurt version of egg cake)
