6. Turn off the fire, cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes, then remove from the heat and rinse under cold water for later use.

7. Wash and chop the onions into small pieces. Peel and smash the garlic and chop it into small pieces.

8. Take a clean large bowl, add a spoonful of salt (or appropriate amount), a small spoonful of pepper powder, a little MSG, appropriate amount of red pepper oil, and minced garlic.

9.Put cold water in a pot and bring it to a boil, then add rice noodles and vegetables and blanch them.

10. Serve in a bowl.

11. Pour appropriate amount of bone soup, add bone meat, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

12. Mix well and you can eat.
