1. Step 1. 2. Coat the meat patties with a thin layer of flour, pat them to remove excess flour, then coat them with egg whites and finally with bread crumbs. Preheat the pan until the oil lines turn from coarse to fine. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.

3. Fry the meat patties in a pan over medium heat.

4. Fry until both sides are golden brown, then use tongs to lift the meat patties and fry them around the sides until golden brown.

5. Move the fried meat patties into the oven (use a grill and place a tray underneath to catch the dripping fat), bake on the middle layer at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

6. When the internal temperature of the patty reaches 70 degrees, it is done.

7. Remove the meat patties and the grill from the oven, let them sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, and serve with salad and lemon wedges.
