First, mushroom chicken porridge

Material:

1. Cut the chicken into pieces, wash them, soak them in water to remove the blood, then marinate them with cooking wine, soy sauce and salt for 20 minutes.

2. Soak the mushrooms in warm water until soft, remove the stems and cut into strips. Cut the other vegetables, carrots and ginger into strips and set aside.

3. Wash the rice and cook the porridge. When the porridge is 70% cooked, add the mushroom shreds, chicken, and ginger and continue to cook (stirring during cooking). Ingredients: Boneless chicken thighs

Ingredients: red dates, winter bamboo shoots, mushrooms, meatballs, Chinese sausage, salted egg yolk, glutinous rice, scallops, chopped green onions

Seasoning: rice wine, oyster sauce, honey

practice:

1. After deboning the chicken thighs, marinate them overnight in rice wine or brandy with a little salt.

2. Soak the dried scallops in rice wine until soft, then tear them into thin strips; soak the glutinous rice for 1 hour, dice the mushrooms, winter bamboo shoots, Chinese sausage, and red dates; cut the salted egg and meatballs in half.

3. Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan and stir-fry chopped green onion until fragrant.

4. Add Chinese sausage, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and scallops and stir-fry.

5. Drain the glutinous rice and pour it into the pot and stir-fry.

6. Pour all the ingredients into the rice cooker, then mix in the red dates, add appropriate amount of water, and steam the eight-treasure glutinous rice.

7. Place the chicken thighs on tin foil, add the steamed eight-treasure glutinous rice, and place the salted egg and meatballs on top.

8. Wrap the chicken thighs with glutinous rice and roll them into a roll.

10. Take out the chicken roll and remove the tin foil. Brush the chicken rolls with oyster sauce and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
