The egg burgers sold on the street are delicious, but the hygiene and safety are worrying. I wanted to make them myself but didn’t have the tools. However, hard work pays off, and I managed to make them at home. I’m going to share the production process below so that friends who like egg burgers can eat safe and delicious egg burgers made by themselves. All you need is a secret weapon. Hey, let me tell you, it’s a small round omelette pan.

Baking ingredients:

Medium starter: 700g high flour, 3g bread improver, 10g yeast, 150g whole egg, 200g milk, 160g water, 50g sugar.

Main dough: 300g high flour, 30g honey, 150g sugar, 10g salt, 150g ice water, 30g baking milk powder, 120g bread oil.

Baking process:

1. Medium fermentation: Mix all the ingredients slowly and ferment for 90 minutes.

2. Main dough: After mixing all the ingredients except the special oil for flour, add the special oil for bread and mix well.

3. After relaxing indoors for 10 minutes, divide and roll into balls.

4. Roll into a ball and place in a baking tray. After fermentation, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake.

5. Cut in the middle and add tomatoes, onion cubes, fried shrimp cubes, poached eggs, cheese slices, lettuce and salad dressing.

How to make cheese burger

Hamburger dough:

1. After the dough is kneaded, add butter and knead until it expands and becomes a thin film.

2. As shown in Figure 2, the surface of the dough is smooth and feels very good. In today's weather, it can be fermented at room temperature for 1 hour.

3. After 1 hour, the dough will double in size.

4. Use your finger to make a hole. If the dough does not shrink, it is fermented.

5. Divide the dough into seven equal parts, knead into rounds until smooth and ferment for 15 minutes at room temperature

6. Put the divided dough into a baking tray, put it into the oven, select the fermentation function, add a baking tray with hot water to the bottom, and ferment at 35 degrees for about 40 minutes

7. Figure 7 shows the fermentation completed in the oven

8. Take the fermented dough and brush the surface with egg liquid

9. Each dough brushed with egg liquid is covered with sesame seeds.

10. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Cheeseburger:

1. Place the round omelette in a pan and pour a small amount of oil in the middle.

2.Put the whole egg in the omelette machine and fry it until it is formed. Sprinkle a little salt on the egg.

3. Remove the omelette machine after the egg is formed

4. After one side is cooked, turn it over and cook the other side.

5. Cut the red pepper into circles and tear the lettuce into small pieces

6. Cut the hamburger dough from the middle

7. Put the ingredients you want to add in order.
