1. Prepare ingredients: minced meat, minced ham, eggs, chopped green onions

2. Mix the flour with clean water to make it neither too thin nor too thick, without any lumps.

3. Crack the eggs, split the egg liquid, add the seasoned minced meat and stir.

4. Slowly pour the batter into it and stir it into a slurry like this.

5. Heat up a pan with oil, turn down the heat when the oil is hot, and scoop a spoonful of the slurry into the pan and fry.

6. Cover the pan with a plate and turn it over so that the pancake falls intact into the plate, then fry the other side of the pancake.
