How to make oatmeal and milk steamed buns

1. Ingredients: flour, oatmeal, milk, dry yeast

10. Place the cut steamed bun dough in a steamer with a thin layer of oil and let it ferment again for 20 minutes.

11. After fermentation, add cold water into the pot. After the steam comes up over high heat, turn to medium heat and steam for seven or eight minutes. Then turn off the heat. Do not open the lid immediately after turning off the heat. Let it simmer for three or four minutes before removing the lid.
