1. Ganoderma lucidum tastes sweet and bitter, and is neutral in nature. It enters the heart, lung, liver, and spleen meridians. Ingredients: 50g Ganoderma lucidum, 1 dried tangerine peel, 1 old duck, 2 candied dates
