Beef and ketchup noodles recipe

1. Chop tomatoes into small cubes and set aside. Chop onions and scallions into small dices and set aside. Dice the garlic sprouts and set aside.

3.2 When the oil is heated, add scallions and diced onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Turn to low heat and cook for five or six minutes. Add chicken stock and pepper while cooking. Add two large bowls of water and bring to a boil, then add salt to taste.

5. While the tomatoes are cooking, use another pot to cook the noodles. When the noodles are 90% cooked, scoop them into the tomato soup. Add the beef rolls and sprinkle with garlic sprouts before cooking.
