How to cook cauliflower

1. Ingredients: 1 cauliflower, 10 peppercorns, 1 dried chili (optional if you don’t want it spicy), salt and cooking oil as needed.

2. Pick large cauliflowers and soak and wash them clean.

3. Drain the washed cauliflower and then pick it into small florets. This way the washed vegetables are more likely to retain nutrients.

4. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, then add the cauliflower.

5. After 3 minutes, remove from the water and cool.

6. Let cool thoroughly and drain.

7. Put it into a container, add a teaspoon of salt, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes, then drain the juice.

8. Preheat the pan, add cooking oil, peppercorns and chili peppers (I didn’t add any in my family), and fry over low heat until fragrant.

9. Remove the peppercorns and chili peppers, leaving the oil at the bottom of the pot.

10. Add the cauliflower and stir-fry quickly over high heat evenly, then serve.

11. The finished product is crispy and fragrant.
