How to make pancake rolls with eggs

1. The ingredients needed are very few, just flour, eggs, sesame oil, and salt. Although the ingredients are few, the taste is not bad.

2.12 The noodles should be mixed with warm water, preferably around 30 degrees. It's done until it doesn't fall off easily when you pick it up with chopsticks. It is best to use chopsticks to knead the dough when making this pancake. Knead the dough and set aside to simmer with sugar for 20 minutes.

3.21 Now let’s beat the eggs. Put them in a bowl, add a few drops of sesame oil and a little bit of water and stir. Generally speaking, an omelet made with one and a half eggs is of suitable size.

4. After the dough is ready, sprinkle some flour on the chopping board, then divide the dough into smaller pieces, place them on the chopping board, and knead them a few times.

5. Roll the dough into a large pancake, as thin as possible, and sprinkle some salt on it.

6.12 After sprinkling the salt, shake it a few times and then apply sesame oil evenly. Make one final cut.

7.21 Fold the dough over from the cut to make the pancake taste more layered and flavorful.

8.Fold the dough several times according to the above method to form a triangle.

9. Knead the folded dough into dough again and roll it into a large piece. It is better if it is thinner. If it is your first time, don’t make it too thin.

10. Pour some sesame oil on the pan, slowly turn the pan to make the oil more evenly distributed, then put the rolled pancakes in and fry over medium heat.

11. The fire doesn’t need to be too low. Turn the pancakes over several times in the middle to make the pancakes taste better. When the cake turns slightly yellow, place it on a plate.

12. Add some oil to the pan, heat it, pour in the egg liquid, and gently shake the pan to make the egg liquid into a circle. Then turn to low heat and slowly fry it into an omelet.

13. Put the spread eggs on the pancake and roll it up. If you like vegetables, you can add some to make it more nutritious. . My cake was a little small, so it was not visible.

14. Try to make the dough softer so that the pancakes will be soft.
