How to make pineapple double rice porridge

For many mothers, if their babies and loved ones eat healthily, they will get sick less often. Today, I will introduce to housewives a pineapple and double rice porridge that is suitable for family consumption.

1. Cut 100 grams of pineapple into small cubes, 150 grams of Thai fragrant rice, and 50 grams of glutinous rice.

2. Wash both types of rice, pour them into a casserole, add half a pot of water, cover the pot, and boil over high heat.

3. When it boils, turn to the lowest heat, and use two chopsticks to hold the lid of the pot and simmer it. This will retain most of the steam in the pot to make the porridge cook faster, and will not let the porridge splash everywhere. Remember to open the lid every 5 minutes and use a soup spoon to stir the bottom of the pot to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.

4. After cooking for about 15-20 minutes, the porridge becomes very thick. Add the diced pineapple and 2-3 teaspoons of sugar, stir well, and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve in a bowl when eating.

Pineapple and Double Rice Porridge may seem complicated, but if you put your heart into it, you can make it in just a few tries. In addition, if you give yourself some special care every now and then, your mood will improve and you will naturally be healthier.
