8. Add a small amount of sugar.

1. When marinating the diced chicken before frying, a sufficient amount of salt is necessary. If you add salt when frying the diced chicken, the salt will not be able to penetrate the chicken because the outer shell of the chicken has been fried dry and the texture is relatively tight. The salt can only adhere to the surface of the chicken and affect the taste.
