Cut the prepared dough into long strips and then into pieces. 11. Cut all the dough into small pieces. 12. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. 13. Add the small round pieces and cook over medium-low heat. 14. Cook until it floats and then continue cooking for 5 minutes. 15. Cook all the small round pieces separately, remove them and chill them in ice water. 16. After cooling, the small round blocks look chewy and crystal clear. 17. Pour the coconut milk into a bowl. 18.
