4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, adjust it to 190 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Turn the chicken legs over, brush them with a layer of barbecue sauce, and bake for 15 minutes.

When frying, be careful not to use too high a heat to avoid burning the chicken thighs.

If you don’t have ready-made barbecue sauce at home, you can also use light soy sauce, cooking wine, tomato sauce, rock sugar (or brown sugar), salt and other seasonings to create your own unique flavor.
