1. Wash the mung beans and add water

2. Cook the beans in a pressure cooker or on the stove until soft.

4. Add sugar and beat into a fine paste

5. Put it in a non-stick pan, add some butter, cook over high heat, and stir fry

6. Cook until it starts to dry out, taste the sweetness, if not enough, add some sugar, turn to medium heat, and stir fry

7. Fry until it is slightly wet. It will become drier when it cools down.

8. Let it cool, knead it a little bit and it's done. The right state is basically non-sticky. If it is too sticky, heat it up again.
