How to make Xinjiang fried noodles

Cooking is not a difficult thing. As long as you learn how to make this Xinjiang fried noodles, you can easily conquer your family's taste buds. This dish uses the steaming method to allow diners to feel the deliciousness of the ingredients. Seasonings can be added according to your own taste to cook your own dishes.

1. Prepare ingredients: lamb, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, and noodles.

2. Dice tomatoes, and cut green peppers, onions, and mushrooms into strips.

3. Cut the mutton into small pieces

4. Cook the noodles first. After the water boils, add the noodles, bring to a boil over high heat, and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes until they are almost cooked.

5. Rinse the cooked noodles with cold water and set aside.

6. Heat up a pan with oil, add onion, ginger and dried chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Add mutton and stir-fry until the mutton turns brown.

8. Then pour in the side dishes and stir-fry until the tomatoes are juiced.

9. Add the prepared noodles and season with appropriate amount of salt. Stir fry evenly. It can be served immediately.

10. Serve.
