Fruit cheese bread recipe

2. Mix all bread ingredients except butter into a smooth dough

3. Add the softened butter and continue kneading.

6. Gently tap to exhaust

7. Divide into six equal parts, roll into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.

8. Dice the apple and early crisp pear, put them in a non-stick pan, add butter and sugar powder and stir-fry until the butter and sugar powder melt. When the juice comes out, add water starch and stir-fry until thick.

9. Add cheese and mix well

10. Take the dough and wrap it with the prepared fruit and cheese filling.

11. Place the dough in a round shape with the seams facing down on a baking tray and ferment for 40 minutes at 30 degrees (remember to put a bowl of boiling water in the oven)

12. Brush the fermented dough with egg liquid, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
