How to make red bean biscuits donkey rolls

1.1 Place the glutinous rice dough on a plate, flatten it slightly (the flatter it is, the easier it is to cook), put it in a steamer, and steam it over high heat for about 15 minutes. Cover the steamed glutinous rice noodles with plastic wrap to prevent the surface from drying out and let them dry until warm.

2.2 Put glutinous rice flour into a bowl, slowly pour in warm water, and knead until the glutinous rice flour is clumping.

3. Sprinkle biscuit crumbs on the pressing board (I didn't buy soybean powder so I used biscuit crumbs instead and it tasted just as good). Put the glutinous rice dough on the pressing board and roll it thinly.

4. Spread the red bean paste evenly on the glutinous rice dough and smooth it out.

5. Lift one corner and roll it inward carefully. Cut the glutinous rice roll into small equal pieces with a knife. Sprinkle the remaining soybean flour evenly on it with a sieve.

6. Finished product
