How to make Kimchi Brown Rice Omurice

After a hard day at work, coming home is like eating the food you want and then having a good sleep. The preparation of kimchi brown rice omelette rice is not very complicated. You just need to prepare fresh ingredients and follow the steps.

1. Dice onion and tomato, slice garlic, and mince ginger (I added two button mushrooms, you can choose not to add or replace with other ingredients according to your personal taste); beat the eggs and set aside

2. Heat a non-stick pan, put a few slices of pork belly, and simmer over low heat to extract oil (if you don’t have any, you can add oil directly, I personally think pork belly is more fragrant); add ginger and garlic to sauté, add onions and diced tomatoes, and fry until the tomatoes are soft, then add kimchi and other vegetables you added; stir-fry evenly and add brown rice (brown rice is relatively hard, so after stir-frying, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for two minutes to allow the tomato juice to fully soak into the rice); serve;

3. Wash and dry the flat non-stick pan, heat it over medium heat and then turn to low heat (minimum), add the egg liquid and let the egg liquid evenly cover the bottom of the pan, cover the pot and simmer for about one minute; after the egg skin is formed, gently take out the egg skin and cover the fried rice; place your favorite green vegetables on it and squeeze a little ketchup on the egg skin. The nutritious and delicious omelette rice is ready!
