How to make kimchi noodles

Do you know the dish kimchi noodles? This is the secret for many people to maintain youthful skin. It is actually not complicated to make this dish. After heating the oil, add chopped green onion and stir-fry the ingredients. You can add bean paste according to personal taste and simmer for a few minutes. The marinating process should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the taste and destroy the aroma of the food.

2. (Personally, I don’t like eating onions and coriander) There are no fresh peppercorns, but the peppercorns are specially grown at home and they are spicy and refreshing! The Sichuan pepper oil is homemade, so it tastes amazing! You can buy Sichuan pepper oil which smells very numbing, and the result will be even better. I checked the kimchi jar and found no pickled peppers I wanted (probably because I ate them all last time), so the ones I make may not look that good later. Friends who like spicy food and have peppers can try it, it's really delicious~

Cut the kimchi into granules and slice the pickled ginger (cut the pickled pepper into strips), pour in the pepper oil, and the kimchi water can be poured into the bowl together, or poured in after the noodles are served. (I personally like the surprise of putting the kimchi underneath and flipping it over, haha)

4. Put peppercorns and pickled ginger (two slices of ginger a day will keep you healthy) into the pot for seasoning.

5. Mission accomplished! (It's a bit of clear soup, please forgive me for my sudden thoughts today, but the photos on the sign are real! Imagine the numbing and sour aftertaste~ I can't take it anymore, I want to eat noodles~)

6. Note: Be careful with Sichuan peppercorns
