How to make homemade ice cream (lazy version without churning)

Vegetarian dishes can also be made to feel great, because homemade ice cream (lazy version, no-stirring type) is a very anticipated recipe. Garlic is an indispensable seasoning. Salt, olive oil, and aged vinegar should be added during the production process according to personal taste. This vegetarian dish is more suitable for eating in summer, which helps to stimulate the appetite.

1. Pour the milk into a non-stick pan and cook over low heat until it boils.

2. Add sugar to egg yolks and a few drops of vinegar and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. (The vinegar is mainly used to remove the egg smell)

3. Pour the mixed milk and egg liquid into a non-stick pan, add a little salt, cook slowly over low heat while stirring the egg liquid constantly, and turn off the heat immediately when it boils slightly. Let cool and set aside (if the fire is too high, it will easily turn into egg drop soup)

4. Slowly pour the boiled milk into the egg yolk bowl and stir constantly (to prevent the egg yolk from turning into egg flower)

5. Whip the whipped cream until you can see the corners of the mountain! (I use Anchor whipped cream, which is easy to whip. Be careful not to over-whip it)

6. Pour the cooled egg liquid into the whipped cream and mix well!

7. Stirred ice cream liquid

8. Put it in a fresh-keeping box, sprinkle some fruit pieces on it and put it in the refrigerator for three or four hours.

9. The frozen ice cream is a little hard, so you can eat it after letting it sit for a while!

Of course, we're not saying you can't eat out at all, but don't eat out too often. Homemade ice cream (lazy version, no-churn) is not complicated to make, but it tastes delicious.
