How to make chopped green onion salad with steamed buns

Many new wives are very troubled by cooking skills. Scallion salad and toasted steamed buns is a dish suitable for novices to learn. It doesn’t require a very complicated method, just a simple stir-fry will do. This dish tastes good whether you eat it with dry rice or porridge. A bowl of soup after the meal will make it taste even better.

1. Prepare the steamed buns. Five are needed for baking. Four are placed on a small plate.

2. Stuff the cut with corn kernels, filling it up both horizontally and vertically.

3. Take a long steamed bun, also called a roll. Use a knife to cut a few cuts on the front of the bun, four cuts horizontally and three cuts vertically. Be careful not to cut through it, leaving a thin layer that cannot be cut through.

4. Sprinkle chopped green onion and a little black pepper, and follow the same steps as above.

5. After stuffing the corn kernels, squeeze the salad dressing on each seam, then sprinkle the chopped green onions on each seam.

6. Put them in the baking tray, one without chopped green onion, one child doesn't eat chopped green onion, preheat the oven to 190 degrees, put them in the oven, start baking at 190 degrees, bake for a few minutes and then change to 170 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Pay attention to it and don't overcook it, ovens are different, it's best to control the temperature yourself.
